Following graduation from law school, Ms. Masters was associated with two large Philadelphia law firms in their commercial real estate departments. There she was involved in negotiating workouts for loan defaults and became interested in debt negotiation and bankruptcy law. In 1994, Ms. Masters started her own practice in consumer bankruptcy law and over the years has successfully represented more than a thousand clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.
